Child accounts don't have their own PlayStation wallet but can spend funds from the family manager's PlayStation wallet within an assigned spending limit. The spending limit for a child account is automatically set to 0. 

If a child is using an adult account, they will be able to use PlayStation™Network without parental controls — this will also breach our Terms of Service. If you find that a family member under the age of 18 is using an adult account, please contact us so we can change their account to a child account.

Wawa to Pay $8M in Data Breach Settlement With State AGs - CSNews Online

WAWA, Pa. — Wawa Inc. will pay $8 million to end an investigation into the 2019 data breach that affected approximately 34 million payment cards at convenience stores and gas stations across the retailer's network. The company has pledged to strengthen its data security practices, according to a copy of the settlement agreement and statements from attorneys general for Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Wawa did not admit wrongdoing as part of the settlement. Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro and New Jersey Acting Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin co-led the multistate probe and announced the settlement agreement. Five attorneys general from other states and the District of Columbia also participated in the investigation. The settlement will be divided between Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., which each receiving different amounts from the $8 million total. Rennes gets Conduent EMV roll-out - ITS International

Conduent Transportation has rolled out a contactless EMV (Europay, Mastercard and Visa) open payment system on the Star public transport network in the Rennes Métropole urban area of France. Around 353,000 riders a day use the network, which is operated by Keolis, and includes 1,500 validators with integrated EMV contactless payment at park-and-ride locations, as well as on buses and the metro rail system. Travellers can now use KorriGo transit cards, rechargeable (contactless) tickets, contactless credit and debit cards, as well as NFC-enabled devices, such as smartphones and smart watches with Apple Pay and Samsung Pay digital wallets. "When we launched this project, our goal was to expand the range of payments provided to our customers," said Vincent Tournedouet, project director and head of the Rennes Métropole Metro Investments Department.
