Marinette School District and JCI/TYCO come to an agreement over the GETS System - Bay Cities Radio

The Marinette School District has approved their easement agreement for the GETS system with JCI/Tyco in a special board meeting Monday evening. JCI/TYCO will be accessing the southern access road to the high school parking lot for the piping to be installed, needing only an access vault to be installed at the intersection of this access road and Pierce Ave.  "I greatly appreciate the support of the board for moving forward with assisting JCI/TYCO with the GETS system," says Superintendent Corey Lambie.

Lambie says, "our first responsibility, is that there was no liability to the school district."

The Marinette school district and JCI/TYCO have agreed, per their contract, all costs will be incurred by Johnson Controls and any disturbed asphalt, green space etc. will be renewed to conditions existing prior to installation. Startup date is currently unknown.
